Gift Course Voucher – Terms and Conditions

Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for one (1) eligible ACI training course scheduled between 1 July 2026 and 30th June 2027.

 

Eligible Training Formats. The voucher may be redeemed for:

• An in-person instructor-led course, or

• A virtual instructor-led course (VILT)

Maximum Value

• The voucher covers course registration fees up to a maximum value of USD 3,000 per course.

•  Any costs exceeding this amount are the responsibility of the participant.

 

Eligible Courses

• The voucher may be applied to any eligible course listed in the ACI training catalog, subject to availability, except for the excluded programs and formats listed below.

 

Excluded Programs and Formats

• The following are not eligible for redemption under this voucher:

  • Executive Airport Leadership Program (EALP)

  • Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP)

  • Self-paced online courses

  • EALP and AMPAP have specific eligibility requirements, including airport employment and managerial experience prerequisites.

 

Voucher Issuance and Registration Process

• Once students have received their voucher from ACI World,  students may then submit their course request by emailing training@aci.aero and attaching the confirmation letter provided by ACI World.

 

Subject to Availability

• Participation in a course is subject to seat availability at the time of registration.

• Redemption of the voucher does not guarantee immediate enrollment.

 

Confirmation Timeline

• Enrollment confirmation will be provided approximately 30 days prior to the course start date.

 

Travel and Logistics

• Participants are strongly advised not to purchase airline tickets, reserve accommodation, apply for visas, or make any other travel or logistical arrangements until their participation has been formally confirmed by ACI.

• ACI shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred prior to confirmation.

 

Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable. The voucher:

• Is non-transferable,

• Has no cash value,

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit,

• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly authorized by ACI.

Modification or Cancellation of Courses

• ACI reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel courses due to operational requirements or insufficient enrollment.

 

Compliance with Course Requirements

• Participants must meet any prerequisite requirements applicable to the selected course.

 

Final Decision

•    All eligibility determinations and course participation approvals remain at the sole discretion of ACI.
