Registration fees per country represented : $200 (non-refundable)
Fees per delegate: $200
Fees per faculty advisor : $200
Fees per guest : $50$ per day
When registering, you will be required to make a deposit corresponding to the non-refundable registration fee for the country or countries represented, as well as 10% of the fees per student, faculty advisor, and guest.
The registration fees covers lunches during the Model and two cocktails are also provided during the simulation.
We encourage delegations to conduct fundraising activities in order to finance their transportation and staying in Montreal. A kit helping to raise funds will be available to participating delegations, including official letters and suggestions for activities.
Payment procedure
Once your registration is confirmed by the ModelICAO, you will receive an invoice which can be paid by check, wire transfer or credit card (below)
2026 Edition – Delegation Support Program
To promote accessibility and international diversity, Model ICAO is launching a Delegation Financial Support Program for the 2026 edition.
Deadline: February 28, 2026
Funding Amount
Support may reach (The lower of the two amounts will apply.):

Up to CAD 1,500 per delegation (regardless of the number of countries represented),
OR -
A maximum of 50% of registration fees
Eligibility Criteria
The program is intended for delegations:

That do not receive institutional or university funding

That demonstrate genuine efforts to secure external funding

That provide a detailed participation budget
The objective is to assist delegations for whom financial constraints may otherwise prevent participation.
