During the week*
Monday — Optional training session on procedure, then opening conferences and Committee session, the luncheon with the President of the ICAO Council and Member State representatives, then the joint session that sets the agenda. Committees convene in the afternoon.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning — Formal sessions under the rules of procedure, informal sessions in the corridors where the real work happens. Working papers become draft resolutions. The crisis breaks.
Thursday afternoon — The symposium, the industry and career forum, and the receptions.
Friday — Committees finalize their draft resolutions, then close and submit their commented resolutions. Amendments are tabled and circulated. Then the Council Chamber, the final vote, the awards, and the closing cocktail.
