ModelICAO is not only an academic simulation. Participants benefit from exclusive professional opportunities, including direct interaction with state representatives, access to leading aviation institutions, and structured networking activities.

These experiences make ModelICAO a unique platform for students seeking to engage with international institutions and explore professional pathways in global governance and civil aviation.

Confirmed participants benefit from exclusive preparation activities, including a dedicated training session delivered by Airbus in advance of the simulation.

Please note that in order to confirm the country or countries you will be representing, the deposit must be paid when you register. After submitting your registration form, you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay by credit card online via the Stripe platform. Please ensure you indicate the exact number of participants and the country or countries represented so that the total amount is correct. If payment is not received at the time of registration, countries cannot be assigned to you. If you wish to pay the deposit by another method, please write to us at info@modelicao.com.

In registering for ModelOACI, the institution and individual members of our delegation acknowledge there are risks involved in participation and release ModelOACI and its officers, employees, partners, and volunteers from any and all liability for damages which result to individuals or their property from such risks. In checking the box above, you also acknowledge that ModelOACI advises you to work with your university’s off-campus study office and follow their recommendations particularly those regarding immunizations and insurance (including trip cancellation and emergency evacuation insurance). Participants further consent to the use of their photo/image in ModelOACI promotional materials. The individual completing this application form is responsible for informing their delegates of the requirements of this waiver
