Registration fees per country represented : $200 (non-refundable)
Fees per delegate: $200
Fees per faculty advisor : $200
Fees per guest : $50$ per day

When registering, you will be required to make a deposit corresponding to the non-refundable registration fee for the country or countries represented, as well as 10% of the fees per student, faculty advisor, and guest.

The registration fees covers lunches during the Model and two cocktails are also provided during the simulation.
​
We encourage delegations to conduct fundraising activities in order to finance their transportation and staying in Montreal. A kit helping to raise funds will be available to participating delegations, including official letters and suggestions for activities.​

Once your registration is confirmed by the ModelICAO, you will receive an invoice which can be paid by check, wire transfer or credit card (below)
