To promote accessibility and international diversity, Model ICAO is launching a Delegation Financial Support Program for the 2026 edition.

Funding Amount

​

Support may reach (The lower of the two amounts will apply.):

• Up to CAD 1,500 per delegation (regardless of the number of countries represented),
  OR

• A maximum of 50% of registration fees

​

Eligibility Criteria

​

The program is intended for delegations:

• That do not receive institutional or university funding

• That demonstrate genuine efforts to secure external funding

• That provide a detailed participation budget

The objective is to assist delegations for whom financial constraints may otherwise prevent participation.

Applications must include:

• A detailed projected budget

• A cover letter explaining the delegation’s financial situation

• Full contact details of the delegation
